Kirk P Mitchell is an ambitious professional from Bergen County, NJ with a tremendous drive and work ethic that has led him to many facets of the building industry including Architecture, Construction, Real Estate Investment and Development.

Kirk attended Howard University and received his Bachelor of Architecture with High Honors. While at Howard University he was awarded the Thesis Excellence in Design & Research Award as well as a Trustee Scholarship for Architectural Planning and The Clarence Tabor Memorial Scholarship given by the AIA Architect League of Northern NJ.

During undergraduate studies Kirk worked for The Hillier Group in Newark, NJ during his school breaks and the Washington, DC office while attending Howard University. Following undergraduate studies, Kirk was awarded the prestigious AIANJ Architect Intern of the Year Award and The George W. Anderson Jr. Design Award  while attending Carnegie Mellon University studying for his Masters of Science in Architecture with focus on Computational Design and Building Diagnostics. 

After graduate studies, Kirk has practiced as a Project Architect at Marchetto, Higgins, Stieve focusing on mixed-use developments with an emphasis on high-end multi-family residential buildings with integrated commercial spaces, as the Northeast Design Architect for Hyundai Motors America designing over 200 Hyundai Dealerships, and as the Director of Architecture & Design at Dixon Advisory USA a R.E.I.T where he was fortunate enough to design more than 300 residential townhouses located in NY Metropolitan Area, many of which have broken neighborhood rental records and are homes to an array of celebrities and professional athletes.

Kirk's profound experience in residential and commercial design led him to open a boutique, full service Architectural firm who's core belief is that good Architectural design is the key to unlocking value and exploiting a projects full potential.
